LUSH COSMETICS: cute Easter bits

As part of an Easter gift from my parents this year I got two Lush Cosmetics bath products, which was so nice of them. If you ask anyone who knows me they'll tell you that I love Lush and baths, so this gift was ideal for me. I've never tried these two before so I was excited to test them out because I always like to try out new things from Lush.

Golden Egg
First up was Golden Egg, which is a bath bomb melt. True to it's name, it is very glittery and I have always steered clear of glitter at Lush because I was scared to come out of the bath looking like a disco ball! (Just as a note, this didn't happen, the glitter didn't stick to my skin!) But this surprised me and I actually really liked it and the smell is divine (according to the description its honey and toffee). It made my bath look incredible and because it is a bath bomb melt it feel really nourishing on my skin as well.

Hoppity Poppity

Before I talk about Hoppity Poppity I have to say firstly that has to be one of the cutest bath bombs that I have seen in Lush! They always top themselves with designs when bringing out new products, and Hoppity Poppity is no exception. I am yet to try this one because I thought it was too cute to use right away. But according to the description it has popping candy in - which is very exciting! The scent is a lot more fresh than the Golden Egg but I can tell its one of the type of bath bomb that will be really relaxing. I am sure like all the other Lush products I have tried I will love this.

For some reason I can't find either products on the website so I don't know if they are unavailable now as they are limited edition, seasonal products.(And it is quite after Easter now - sorry!) But if they are still sold in your local Lush then you HAVE to give them a smell.

Do you have a favourite product from Lush? I would love to know!

An Introduction.

Hi everyone,

I wanted my first post to be an introduction of myself and my blog. I have always wanted to start a blog as pass-time because they look so much fun and I just love reading them! I have liked the idea of just sharing your thoughts, pictures and opinions on certain things and thought it would be interesting. I also recently got a camera and thought this would be the perfect opportunity to finally start my own blog.

For a little background on me if you are interested ( I almost forgot about this!) I'm Lizzy and I'm 18 and am currently living in the South coast of England in Hampshire. I am a college student in my second and final year studying for my A Levels that will hopefully get me into University. A few of my loves include; candles, baths, pizza and Pretty Little Liars and enjoy watching YouTube (like really enjoy!)

I plan to do posts on beauty, fashion and other lifestyle type things as these are what interest me most and what I like to read so it just made sense for these areas to what I focus my content. As I am new to this, I'm not too sure on how my next few posts will turn out like, but I am really looking forward to posting soon. I'm not really sure what else to say, other than I hope you enjoy reading my blog in the future, and thank you for stopping by!

Lizzy :)

P.s If anyone has any tips on starting a blog they would be greatly appreciated!
